Of these, I highly recommend the "Unatama-ju" (eel ball stacked with rice).
As the name suggests, this is a luxurious stacked dish consisting of rice topped with a fried egg and broiled eel on top.
Four eggs are used generously, and the omelet is made with bonito broth and san'on sugar,
Baked to a fluffy texture!
Needless to say, the gentle flavor of the egg and the sweet and spicy kabayaki sauce are a perfect match♪
The unaju served with egg omelet offers a different gentle harmony from the usual unaju.
You can eat them individually, together, or as you wish.
