We use eels 1.5 times larger than normal size.
Thick and hearty eels are tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce,
The meat is slowly grilled so that you can enjoy the fluffy meat.
Unaju is served with half a piece of eel, soup and pickles, starting at 1,600 yen (tax included).
Also, the dashimaki tamago is made with four eggs, bonito broth and sangon sugar to create a fluffy texture,
We also highly recommend the famous "Unatama-ju" (eel ball), which is served with a piece of eel on top of a rice stack.
This dish is available with soup, pickles and dessert for 2,000 yen (tax included) and up.
